Dr. Heading uses an integrative treatment model that combines functional movement assessment, evidenced-based practice and manual treatment to provide the best standard of care and achieve optimal outcomes for her patients. Her focus is on orthopedic injury/treatment, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and treatment of neurologic disorders. Dr. Heading completed additional training and has received Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, allowing her to assess and treat undesirable movement patterns affecting golf swing mechanics while preventing injury. She also has training in youth sports injury, lymphedema management, and spinal and rib dysfunctions.
Kara Martindale, PT, DPT strives to provide the best possible treatment for her patients through evidenced-based practice. In 2017, Dr. Martindale earned Titleist Performance Institute Certification and provides the latest in golf specific treatment techniques. She is a certified clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys teaching physical and occupational therapy students.
Kayla Sahr, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a focus on women’s and pelvic health. In her last year of schooling at Grand Valley State University, Dr. Sahr developed a passion for pelvic health physical therapy and has since then attended multiple specialty courses where she has learned and developed her skills with experts in the field, including a two month internship. She is trained to treat men, women, and children and has experience with diagnoses including: bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, tailbone or low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, as well as any postpartum dysfunction including diastasis recti or scar tissue management
